An apple falling off a tree and thumping us on top of the head may be unpleasant, but if we continue to stay under the tree and stand in the wrong place, we can repeat this unpleasant experience because, sure enough, apples fall downwards.

There exist natural principles regulating how vitamins work as well.
If we know them, we can apply this knowledge to our own advantage.
If we don’t know them or try to ignore them, we will be wasting the great potential of vitamins.
