It is amazing what the interest groups that maliciously exploit the lack of adequate health education try to convince the well-meaning but inexpert public of.

On the one hand, they explain to people that water-soluble vitamins are not of much value because they pass through the body in a short period of time...
On the other hand, they try to convince them that so-called vitamin reserves are formed in the body…

Now hold on a second! It’s either one or the other.
The two of them cannot coexist.

Either they pass through the body, and therefore aren’t worth much, or they are stored.
They need to finally make up their minds about which one they will try to fool people into believing.
